HomeBuyer Report vs Building Survey: Which Should You Choose?

A HomeBuyer Report tells you what is wrong with a property. A Building Survey tells you what is wrong, why, what it might cost to fix, and how urgently to deal with it.

HomeBuyer Report (Level 2)

Building Survey (Level 3)

£700–£1,500+. 3–6 hours on site. 40–80 page detailed bespoke report with narrative analysis. Best for pre-1919, listed, non-standard or heavily altered properties.
